- ½ cup water

For the Creamy Topping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- Base: Press biscuit dough into bottom of dish to form crust. Bake 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and bell pepper until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Layer: Spread beef mixture over biscuit crust. Top with drained tomatoes.
- Topping: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and half the cheese. Spread over tomato layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with jalapeños or fresh herbs. Slice and enjoy warm.
