- 2 cups instant rice (white or brown)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- Salt & pepper, to taste

- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer rice: Spread rice evenly in dish.
- Mix soups: In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and chicken broth. Pour over rice.
- Add chicken: Place chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 1 hour until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
